Kalamazoo Inn Motel

The staff is very friendly understanding and kind if they tell you that you need to come back later it’s probably because they are in prayer or having their family time and that’s fair enough. The rooms do need to be updated and they could use some new linens, but the room is clean. The floor is a carpet cleaning as far as the people that occupies the space I kept to myself so I don’t have anything to say about it. What goes on there? I do know that the staff is adamant about no in and out traffic and they try to make updates as they can while keeping prices affordable to stay in business I feel like people on here are very judgment because they were expecting your roots for super low budget pricing when that’s not the case you get what you pay for And if you have an issue, you just could notify the front desk and they will take care of it they have on-site laundry available. They have vending machines available. They will give you cleaning supplies and or cleaning equipment. If you prefer to go to the cleaning yourself it’s right on the bus line. It’s very close to many businesses. It’s close to many stores And people aren’t on your business again we have to respect people‘s culture and their values and because their cultures and values are not ours that doesn’t make them any less significant or important. We can’t expect people to drop what they’re doing with their family or stop praying to accommodate. It’s rude to expect them to if you need a place to stay you don’t have a lot of money. this is your best bed. It’s a roof. It’s a shower they have cable. It’s relatively quiet and their pot machine has the coldest pop in all of Kalamazoo for one dollar can

Nice pool, flat screens, the hot tub, the serial killer was surprisingly nice, I found my best friend rat there and I named him jack. I would reccomend while high.

Such sweet people and the rooms are what you pay for but it's very nice and feels homely

The staff at the Kalamazoo Inn have actually treated me very fairly. Is the location perfect? Perhaps not. For me, everything is just fine. I light some incense or a candle in my room and everything is fine. But I feel the staff do their very best despite intense criticism and having to deal with crime activity. I feel they do their part to ensure residents safety. I haven't encountered any bed bugs, ticks or anything like that personally. The staff informed me they have pest control do stuff to the rooms. Since I've encountered nothing of the sort I really can't complain personally. I feel the office is understanding, helpful, and I don't feel discriminated against or otherwise judged. While this for other people isn't a problem, I for one am transgender and face all kinds of discrimination in various places. Personally the crime activity I don't find concerning under he premise that the office has security via cameras and otherwise have things handled. All in all, this place is fine for me. Its not the Hamptons, but the prices are just fair enough all things considered.
